The staff were knowledgeable, patient with my questions, and great to deal with. I’ve only had the door for a little over a month, but so far I am very happy with my purchase, and with the friendliness of all the staff I came in contact with.

Had to call and email several times with no response. Not very good customers service and told Lowes everything was good but not true. I didn't want to give you a bad review to Lowes which I should up. I also had my neighbor buy the same door
I hope she will have better luck . I also call about the 2 bottom door panel that had marks in them that I noticed a couple days later and asked to have them checked, but no response.
